A 51-year-old female patient is at your clinic for her annual check-up due to a persistent issue affecting her right eye. She isn't reporting any worries related to her eyesight. Her best corrected visual acuity is 0.67 (6/9) in her right eye and 0.8 (6/7.5) in her left eye. Intraocular pressures (IOPs) are within normal limits. The following image was captured during her appointment. There're notable changes in the lesion height and the presence of subretinal fluid compared to last year's images and notes. However, the patient remains healthy with no general medical issues.
