Clinical Physicist in Audiology

Liesbet Ruytjens is a Clinical Physicist-Audiologist at Auris, where she provides audiological care across the Rotterdam, Bergen op Zoom, and Goes locations. She has extensive clinical expertise and a particular interest in paediatric audiology, hearing diagnostics, and multidisciplinary hearing care.
Liesbet holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from KU Leuven, a PhD in Neuroscience from the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG), and completed her clinical training as a Clinical Physicist-Audiologist through Pento and Utrecht University.
Before joining Auris, she worked as a paediatric audiologist at Sophia Children’s Hospital and later at Libra in Breda, where she further developed both her expertise and interest in paediatric audiology, hearing diagnostics, and multidisciplinary hearing care.
