Annika De Torres

Annika De Torres is a Clinical Performance Consultant at Specsavers Sweden, specialising in clinical quality, training, and the implementation of new clinical processes. She works closely with Clinical Assistants, opticians, and partners to support consistent, high-quality patient care across stores.

A key part of Annika’s role is helping teams adopt new technologies and ways of working with confidence. She has been closely involved in the implementation of Assisted Refraction using the Vx160, as well as digital tools such as SiVIEW, with a strong focus on practical application, clinical confidence, and supporting teams in their everyday practice.
