Anna Mariasik

Anna Mariasik is an Optical Partner at Specsavers Rauma and Pori. She began her optical career in 2000 as a salesperson in an optical store in Finland and graduated as an optometrist from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in 2005.

She spent the next decade working in private practice, before pursuing her master’s degree in Optometry and Vision Sciences at the University of South Eastern Norway from 2015 to 2018, while also working as a freelance optometrist for Specsavers. During this period, she paused her studies and became an entrepreneur at Specsavers Rauma – leading her to where she is today. In autumn 2026, she’ll return to Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki to complete her degree.
