A 71-year-old retired fisherman attended your practice

A 71-year-old retired fisherman attended your practice. The patient had cataract surgery in both eyes, and the recorded visual acuity was 6/7.5 (0.8 decimal scale). The patient noted a lesion on the left lower eyelid and reports no pain. The general health is fine; the patient takes antihypertensive tablets and statins.
