Clinical Conference is open, free and relevant to all eye care professionals and students in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland – and both eye and hearing care professionals and students in the Netherlands.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a student or an experienced professional in your field. To support your professional development and clinical excellence, the conference offers a variety of inspiring topics, engaging sessions, and skills training, so there’s something for everyone.

For Assistants at Louis Nielsen and Optical Dispensers at Specsavers in Norway, there are dedicated tracks to attend. These have been created to support you with the specific knowledge and skills you need in your everyday work.

Upon arrival at the conference, you’ll need to show your personal QR code at our registration desk. The QR code is your access key to the venue, and you’ll receive it by email approximately one week before the conference.

After scanning your personal QR code, we’ll print your personal badge on-site. If there are any challenges with your registration, you’ll find a helpdesk nearby.

If you can’t attend the conference, please release your spot. In your confirmation email, you can find a link to cancel your sign-up.

If you experience any difficulties cancelling your sign-up, please contact confe*****@**ecsavers.com. Preferably no later than 14 days prior to the conference.

Yes. Once you’ve signed up, we’ll send you all necessary updates and practical information prior to the conference. If you haven’t received anything from us one week before the conference, please check your spam folder.

If you’ve signed up for one of our online Clinical Conferences 2025, you’ll receive an email with a link approximately 30-60 minutes before the conference starts.

Please note that there’s no online conference for the Netherlands.
